Alka is by far the best real estate agent I have ever known.  She has incredible attention to detail, excellent follow-through and is extremely personable.  Whenever we would choose a house or two to look at, she would suggest two more.  She was not just concerned about service, but took time to educate us on the selection as well as fine-tune our needs.  

She provided us with outstanding advice on what to look for.  Alka was professional, very conscientious and was a clear communicator.  At the end of our phone conversations she would always recap what we had agreed upon, what our next actions would be and made sure we left the conversation on the same page.

She promptly returned phone calls and texts and had a depth of knowledge about negotiation and contract details that proved to be invaluable and accurate.  When she ran into details that she was unfamiliar with (the property had a well) she thoroughly researched, checked and double checked issues of water quality and testing to help guide us.
